This is your chance to register for Tails on the Trails 2007!

Simply complete the form below, print out a copy of your paypal receipt and bring it with you. Also don't forget to bring any donations you have collected along with a pledge form. Also be sure to register yourself on our Quick Pledge page to help you collect!

REGISTRATION IS $40 A PERSON. Registration includes a Hike T-Shirt, Goodie Bag, and Dog Bandanna.

Remember you may participate in the walk with or without a dog. Hike in honor/memory of a person, pet or as a donation. We will also have foster dogs available for you to walk.

You must register as a remote hiker if you wish to have your T-shirt mailed to you. If you do not register as a remote hiker and your T-shirt is not picked up on the day of the event by noon, we reserve the right to sell those T-shirts left over.

Please indicate in your paypal notes if you are interested in walking a foster. Please note that this does not guarantee that a foster dog will be available for you to walk. Please check out our events section for details and rules.

Remote Hikers!
If you are unable to attend the hike you can still register as a remote hiker. $8 shipping and handling will be added to cover the costs of mailing your goodies. To qualify for prizes your pledge form and collected money must be postmarked by Sept. 10th. You must register as a remote hiker if you wish to have your T-shirt mailed to you. If you do not register as a remote hiker and your T-shirt is not picked up on the day of the event by noon, we reserve the right to sell those T-shirts left over.

By participating in this event and submitting this registration information, you are agreeing to the following: I assume responsibility for any and all risks associated with my participation. I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, release and discharge TOTTSHR, Inc., its volunteers, and any other parties involved in this event from any claims or liability of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation in this event, even though the liability may arise out of negligence on the part of the parties named in this waiver. I also agree to obey Warminster Community Park rules and regulations, Tails on the Trails 2007 Hike Guidelines, exercise precautions, avoid littering, and respect the properties of others. I also submit that all animals in my care that are participating in this event are current on their rabies vaccinations and are in good health. TOTTSHR, Inc. reserves the right to refuse entry to any dog that is deemed unfit or unsafe to participate.

Available ONLY with initial registration!

Additional T-Shirts are available for $25 each. Shirts will be available for pick up the day of the event. You must register as a Remote Hiker to have your T-Shirts mailed to you. If you do not register as a remote hiker and your T-shirt is not picked up on the day of the event by noon, we reserve the right to sell those T-shirts left over.
