form and bring everything with you the day of the hike.
Check-in and day of hike registration will begin at 9 am.
Don't forget to check in to pick up your goodies.

Unless you are registering
to be a remote hiker, please DO NOT MAIL THIS FORM IN AFTER
SEPTEMBER 10th. We can not guarantee that your information
will be at the pre-registration table if you mail it in after
this date. However, please feel free to print it out and bring
it with you the day of the hike.

| By participating in this event,
I assume responsibility for any and all risks associated with
my participation. I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors,
administrators or anyone else who might claim on my behalf,
release and discharge TOTTSHR, Inc., its volunteers, and any
other parties involved in this event from any claims or liability
of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation in this
event, even though the liability may arise out of negligence
on the part of the parties named in this waiver. I also agree
to obey Warminster Community Park rules and regulations, Tails
on the Trails 2007 Hike Guidelines, exercise precautions, avoid

that all animals in my care that are participating in this event
