Lola
Lola found her forever home on March 11, 2006.
Lola came into rescue as a little puppy with a 'tude' and was adopted on March 11, 2006 to a wonderful family with 4 huskies and her very own pony! She joins the ranks of TJ, Benson, Kima and Starshine as the newest member of the pack. She walked right in and even though she had a history of being shy around new people...it did NOT show at this home much at all! Lola got along well with all the dogs and took over the backyard....then she saw the pony! The fence line is shared in one section by the dogs and the pony, and Lola was just smitten with that pony! She sniffed him nose to nose through the fence and then proceeded to back up and play bow him...what a sight to see! The oldest male in the home also had been mourning the loss of his favorite female recently and had been very mopey and sad since then....but once he saw Lola, he turned back into a young man and lovingly followed her all around the yard! Little Lola with a 'tude has definately found her furever home and will be spoiled rotten for many years to come!
